We are in receipt of your letter concerning the above referenced matter and would
like to take this opportunity to provide some additional information.
Monitoring Violations — We were required to collect a Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus
sample with between January- June 2019 and failed to collect these samples. This was an over
site by our ORC. This is not being taken lightly and is being addressed with our staff. Here at
Carolina Water Service of North Carolina, we take great pride staying within compliance, and
we are committed to the environmental stewardship of our facility. We will be making sure that
moving forward this problem will not recur. Please accept this letter as demonstration of our
continued efforts to insure compliance.
