A Duke high-power line runs through the project area on the east side. A city of Raleigh sewer line is located near and runs parallel to the western property line. The are 2 existing driveway culvert crossings of the unnamed tributaries to Mahler's Creek. Land use in the vicinity is mixed with farms, residential and schools. 3b.
