All of the QC requirements were not met for BOD analysis for the Muddy Creek VVWTP Effluent sample,
collected 7/1/19.
The Muddy Creek Effluent BOD sample, collected 7/1/19, did not leave 1.0 mg/L of dissolved oxygen for
any dilutions. The sample should be reported as > 19.9 mg/L BOD.
