Dear Mr. Kiser:
Please note that this letter is to notify you that condition number four (4.), in footnotes of the
subject NPDES permit, has been satisfied. The required sampling 3/Week for the first 6 months
after expansion to 0.3 MGD has been accomplished. No compliance problems were reported
during this required sampling period; therefore, sampling will revert to 2/Week after the first six
months of operations. The 6-month period ran from April 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019.
