Comment: The records reviewed durina the inspection were oraanized and well maintained. Discharae
Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period August 2018 through July 2019.
An effluent total residual chlorine (TRC) daily maximum violation was reported in September
2018. The Division has previously addressed this limit violation through the issuance of a
Notice of Deficiency (NOD).
Effluent TRC values were being reported below the lowest standard verified on the total
residual chlorine (TRC) meter (including negative results) in August, September and
October 2018. In addition, the effluent temperature values were not properly transcribed
(sample times were listed) for the entire week of 5/20/19 and a "0" flow was reported for the
week of 4/15/19. Revised edmrs (including the mailing in of two signed processed copies)
should be performed on all above -noted months.
The ORC must ensure to monitor and report the flows during future effluent sampling
events.

Comment: On -site field analvses (dissolved oxvaen. oH. temDerature. TRC) are Derformed under
Metwater, Inc.'s laboratory certification #5615. The CMBOE/Berryhill Elementary also
maintains a field laboratory certification (#5512) to perform dissolved oxygen, pH,
temperature and TRC on -site. Water Tech Labs (all permit parameters except field) has
also been contracted to provide analytical support.
The ORC must ensure that the pH check standard (must be within +/- 0.1 SU) is
performed/documented following the initial pH meter calibration.
