the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I

Description of the Land
BEING all of Lot 1, containing, 7'22 acres, more or less, as shown on map entitled "Revised
Recombination Plat of Lot `1 M.B. 37 P. 217 and Third Tract D.S. 1555 P. 934 prepared for
DESJI, LLC & Others" dated October 10, 2000, prepared by John L. Pierce & Associates, P.A.
and recorded in Map Book 40, Page 76, Onslow County Registry and described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point located where the Eastern right of way of McDaniel Drive (60 foot right
of way) intersects the Southern right of way of Commons Drive South; and running thence along
the Eastern right of way of McDaniel Drive South 01 degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds West
175.17 feet to an iron stake said iron stake also being THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence from the described beginning and leaving the said right of way and running South 88
degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds East 290.00 feet to an iron stake; thence South 00 degrees 57

4.63 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 7.20 acres per survey by John L. Pierce &
Associates. P.A. dated May 24, 2011, and being subject to all easements of records and being the
same property described in Deed Book 2748 at Pages 800-802 and Deed Book 2748 at Pages
794-796 of the Onslow County Register of Deeds (Lot 1 as shown on Map Book 40 at Page 76,
