Garnett Street Henderson, North Carolina 27537 To Whom It May Concern, NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Quality October 7, 2019 Subject: Compliance Evaluation Inspection Greystone Concrete Products Permit No.: NCG5003 l2 Vance County On October 7, 2019 Erin Deck with the Raleigh Regional Office (RRO) of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the subject facility. The facility is located at 2100 N. Garnett Street, Henderson. Sam Cannady was also present during the inspection. • The NPDES General Permit NCG50000 became effective October 01, 2015 and will expire July 31, 2020. • Per Mr. Cannady, the boilers now run on natural gas, and the blowdown/condensate waste stream is no longer produced. They currently wish to retain the permit incase the process changes. • The site is also covered by a NCG I40138 stormwater permit. The Division of Energy, Mining and Land Resources oversees this permit. If you have any questions about this permit, please contact Bill Denton at 919-791-4200.
