Inspection Summary:
On October 3, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Larry Hollifield on site. No major issues were noted
during the inspection. The primary reason for the inspection was to confirm that corrective actions have been taken to
address impacts around the car crushing area. The area has been cleaned up and re -graded. No visible oil residue or release
was observed during the inspection. A records review was not done during the inspection.
