To Whom It May Concern:
In response to this NOV. the following actions are being taken.
I have been in contact with Mr. Boss at the regional office. I explained the owners of the WWTP have contacted the
previous contract operations company. but have yet to be able to get the EDMR'S or any information about them.
Mr Boss has instructed me to complete the missing edmr's to the best of my ability and submit to the state. I will be
doing so as soon as I am set up in the edmr system.
