The Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) were delineated and GPS'd by
Terracon wetland professionals on 05/28/19. Terracon's findings and
delineation have not been verified by the USACE or NCDWR. This is
not a licensed survey. The delineated features were GPS'd using a
Trimble Geo 7x unit which has sub -foot accuracy. Prior to development
activities, Terracon recommends our findings be verified by the
USACE and NCDWR. Terracon also recommends consultation with a
civil engineer to determine stormwater setbacks, if required, prior to
site development. Local buffers may be applicable.
