The purpose of the monitoring wells is to investigate subsurface conditions related to contaminant concentrations observed at the site. Enclosed are: application for Permit to Construct a Monitoring Well System signed by BorgWarner and Eaton and; a site map showing the planned monitoring well locations and features located within a 500-foot radius around the proposed monitoring wells (Figure 1); and proposed well construction diagram (Figure 2).
