Dear Mr. Davidson:
Draper Aden Associates (DAA), under contract with Eaton, requests a Monitoring Well Permit to install
five permanent monitoring wells on the subject property owned by BorgWarner Automotive Cooling
Sys Corp (BorgWarner). The purpose of the monitoring wells is to investigate subsurface conditions
related to contaminant concentrations observed at the site. Enclosed are: application for Permit to
Construct a Monitoring Well System signed by BorgWarner and Eaton and; a site map showing the
planned monitoring well locations and features located within a 500-foot radius around the proposed
monitoring wells (Figure 1); and proposed well construction diagram (Figure 2). If you have any
