Center Street Lexington, NC 27292 Re: Water Quality Monitoring Plan Closed City of Lexington MSW Landfill Davidson County Solid Waste Permit Number 29-03 DIN 25882 Dear Mr. Kimbrell: The Solid Waste Section has completed a review of the Water Quality Monitoring Plan dated February 2016 (DIN 25881) and submitted on behalf of the City of Lexington by Babb & Associates, P.A. for the closed City of Lexington MSW Landfill, Solid Waste Permit Number 29-03. The landfill ceased operations in 1990. In response to the January 21, 2016 correspondence (DIN 25532), the City of Lexington submitted a revised Water Quality Monitoring Plan. As a result, the Water Quality Monitoring Plan dated February 2016 is approved as described.
