Dear Ms. Drummond,
On behalf of Madison County, Anchor QEA of North Carolina, PLLC (Anchor QEA) is requesting a
30-day extension to reply to your August 17, 2017 letter that required a response within 120 days of
receipt (December 16, 2017). Madison County intends to provide you with an ASD Addendum
Workplan (Workplan) no later than January 16, 2018. This Workplan will address the tasks that
Madison County plans to undertake to address the requirements set forth in your August 17, 2017
letter, and will also include an anticipated schedule to fully implement the scope of work contained
in the Workplan.
