The Solid Waste Section (Section) has received and reviewed the Cell 2 Certification for the 
Weeks Sandpit No. 2 LCID landfill submitted by Draper Aden Associates on April 1, 2016 (DIN 
25855).  This certification satisfies Permit condition Attachment 2, Part I, Item 3.a. within the 
Permit to Construct Cell 2 and Permit to Operate Cells 1 and 2 issued on June 2, 2015.  The 
facility may receive waste in Cell 2 upon fulfilling the requirements of Permit condition 
Attachment 2, Part I, Item 3.d.  Contact Liz Patterson to arrange a site inspection and pre‐
