These activities were completed as proposed in the Alternate Source Demonstration Addendum Workplan dated July 28, 2017. Due to the time needed to develop the workplan addendum and subsequent revisions, install the new monitoring well and collect samples, we are requesting a 60 day extension to the 120 day deadline established by the June 8, 2017 correspondence from the NC Solid Waste Section. The extension is needed to allow for the completion of the laboratory analysis and preparation of the written report. If acceptable, the new deadline for submission of the Alternate Source Demonstration Addendum report would be December 8, 2017. Thank you for consideration of our request for an extension to the existing established deadline. If there are any question regarding this request, please contact the undersigned at (919) 325-0696. Respectfully, Babb & Associates, P.A. Gary D. Babb, P.G. President Cc: Mr. Mike Spencer, City of High Point Mr. Robby Stone, City of High Point
