the MSWLF unit – Phases 5 & 6 for life-of-site permit under N.C.G.S. 130A-294(a2)
being considered as a “Major Permit Modification” and requires written approval of the
Section. Application for Permit Approval to Operate must be prepared in accordance with
applicable statutes and rules in effect on that date.
