STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: None FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS; 1 - This closed MSWLF consist of 2 cells separated by the entrance road. 2 - The entrance road is made of all-weather material and maintained well. 3 - Both structures need all the woody vegetation removed to the toe of the side slopes and kept cut so inspections can be done to ensure no leachate breakouts are happening. Staff will need to monitor this routinely for breakouts also. 4 - All Edge of Waste Markers have been reinstalled. 5 - Cell #1 has the eroded areas noted during last inspection repaired. May have to use a different material if erosion starts to happen again. 6 - Tire ruts on Cell #2 have been filled in and seeded. 7 - Drainage around the top of Cell #2 has been corrected. If standing water happens again, you may want to consider removal of the berm. Standing water on top not allowed and can cause problems for your landfill. 8 – Overall, the 2 closed cells look to be managed well.
