Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. (Amec Foster Wheeler) is preparing an
Assessment of Corrective Measures (ACM) Report for referenced facility. On behalf of C&D
Landfill, Inc., we would like to request a 30-day extension for submittal of this report.

This formal request follows an email request made yesterday, August 16, 2017, pursuant to our
telephone conversation of that morning. The reason we believe we need the extension is the
amount of time required to update the records and drawings from different past consultants.
