Your submittal for the approval to operate the portion of the North Disposal Area, Cell C is
approved. The as-built, prepared by South Point Surveying PLLC., (DIN 25740) of the cell
construction was received on January 20, 2016 by the Solid Waste Section. Please have South
Point calculate the acreage and sign and stamp an electronic copy and submit to me along with a
cover letter from you.
