(S+G) is providing an updated Facility Plan per our meeting on August 3rd. The Facility Plan (attached) has been updated to include recycling certification boundaries and debris limits in accordance with the Disaster Debris Guidance.1 Furthermore, Capital acknowledges the financial assurance reduction to a nominal2 $100,000 subject to review in approximately six (6) months per your email dated August 24, 2016 (attached). This request is understood to be a minor modification requiring a fee of $500 which is enclosed. We appreciate the continued support and assistance of the Solid Waste Section in returning the site to successful operation.
