Area includes closed out Phase I, II, and III, concrete stockpile areas and yard waste processing. 3. Unacceptable waste should be removed from the concrete stockpile area as it is observed. Concrete with tile and mastic and large pieces of metal were observed in the concrete pile. These items should be removed and properly disposed. 4. A large area of black water was ponded around the back side of the concrete stockpile area. All waste needs to be removed from water. The area needs to be graded for positive drainage away from waste. Recommend mowing or bush hogging around storage area. 5. At the time of the audit ABC glass was observed on the access roads around the CDLF. Per the permit to operate application and approved comments (DIN 81680 dated August 29, 2014) only the stockpiled crushed glass was approved for access road resurfacing. The glass found applied to the access roads contained large amounts of other recyclables and municipal trash. All glass/waste mixture must be removed from the road and properly disposed as municipal trash. 6. Monitoring wells observed had proper labeling and were locked. 7. Progress had been made on settled areas over the closed MSWLF since the previous inspection. Please continue to make progress in these areas. 8. Corrective measures are necessary as a result of the inspection finding and should be completed within 30 days’ receipt of this report. A follow up inspection will be conducted at the end of the 30 days.
