None
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The Service Area for this facility is Harnett County.
2. The hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday thru Saturday except Wednesday they close at noon.
3. The facility has proper signage.
4. The facility is properly secured with a locked gate. Personnel are onsite during operating hours.
5. Records were not reviewed at this inspection.
6. Received MSW waste is transferred for disposal at Sampson County Disposal, LLC, Permit Number 8202-
MSWLF-2000; or in the event of an emergency occurring at the disposal facility, MSW waste may be
transferred to the Uwharrie Environmental Landfill, Permit Number 6204-MSWLF-1995 or the Johnston
County Landfill, Permit Number 5103-MSWLF-1997.
7. The county pumps and hauls the leachate to the City of Lillington’s WWTP for disposal.
8. Tipping floor is in good condition.
9. The drains are being cleaned daily to promote the free flowing of leachate to the tank.
10. The transfer station walls and floor clean and well maintained. Hopper replaced in September.
11. Windblown waste was being well managed and minimal windblown noted during inspection. Windblown waste
must be collected and placed in the disposal trailer prior to close of business daily.
12. No leachate on the concrete outside the leachate containment system at time of inspection.
13. Digital pictures were taken during the inspection.
