The repaired areas on the northwestern side of the transfer station appear to have been completed in such a way as to prevent further erosion, however, the repair on the southeastern side of the transfer station has been damaged by recent rain events. *As per our conversation, please repair all newly eroded areas by filling, grading, seeding and mulching to establish a groundcover suitable to prevent erosion. Mechanisms may need to be installed to better control and direct surface waters on-site to prevent future erosion issues. 18) Overall, windblown debris is being well managed at this time. Facility personnel were on-site during this Facility Compliance Inspection collecting windblown debris. *Please continue to ensure that all windblown debris is collected at the end of each workday or more often if needed and properly disposed.
