Phase I Access Ramp Enhancements
Dear Mr. Frost:
The Duke Energy Rogers Energy Complex intends to complete enhancements to the Phase I
access ramp of the Rogers CCP Landfill (permit No. 8106-INDUS). The work includes re-
establishing an existing chimney drain, installation of a water diversion berm, depression grading,
and removal of the sediment trap on the west side of the access ramp.
Duke believes that this work is considered part of routine operations and is submitting the attached
CDM Smith drawing to the Section for information purposes only.
Upon completion of the enhancements, Duke will submit a verification of work performed for your
records.
