The document was submitted on your behalf by Geosyntec for the closed York Road MSW Landfill, NC Solid Waste Permit Number 6003. The landfill ceased operations in 1986, and the NC Division of Health Services issued a closure letter on August 21, 1987. The Water Quality and Landfill Gas Monitoring Plan was submitted to update and revise the Water Quality Monitoring Plan dated 2004 and the Landfill Gas Monitoring Plan dated 2011. As a result, the Water Quality and Landfill Gas Monitoring Plan is approved as described.
