The Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the Amendment to FGD Residue Landfill Proposed
Work Plan (DIN 27447) for the Additional Groundwater Assessment Exceedances at the FGD
Landfill submitted on February 23, 2017. The amendment requests the use of previously installed
groundwater monitoring wells in close proximity to the proposed well locations (FGDLA-1S/D and
FGDLA-2S/D) indicated in the original workplan submittal. The Section concurs with this
amendment.
