Please find enclosed the Permit to Operate for the D&D Organic Farming Compost Facility.
The expiration date for the permit is December 16, 2021.

In general, the new facility permit does not reiterate permit conditions which are included in the
Solid Waste Management Rules, 15A NCAC 13B, nor does it restate specific conditions which
are included within the approved plans, such as site specific operations. Please review the
conditions of the permit carefully.
