Please find the enclosed permit for the Fort Bragg C&D Landfill, Permit No. 2608-CDLF-1998.
It is a permit to construct Phase III of the landfill and a permit to operate for Phases I and II. A
copy of the final approved application including operation plan will be provided to you by HDR
Engineering.

In general, the facility permit does not reiterate permit conditions which are included in the Solid
Waste Management Rules, 15A NCAC 13B, nor does it restate specific conditions which are
included within the approved plans. Please review the conditions of the permit thoroughly.
