Attached is an electronic copy of the 5 year renewal for the Permit to Construct and Operate the Winfree Road LCID 
Landfill. 
I have mailed a hard copy to Mr. Timothy Friddle.  If you are still assisting him with the permit renewal, in accordance 
with the permit condition listed in Attachment 1 Part IV General Conditions, Item #3, please ensure that Mr. Friddle has 
the permit recorded at the Guilford County Register of Deeds and then mails a copy of the recorded permit back to me 
at the mailing address below.
