The Solid Waste Section (Section) has reviewed the request to install groundwater monitoring wells in 
accordance with the USEPA CCR Rule 40 CFR Part 257.91 at the Duke Energy Carolinas Rogers CCP 
Landfill submitted on March 30, 2016 (DIN 25843).  The Section concurs with the request to install thirty 
(30) monitoring wells.  The Section requests all analytical data collected from these wells to be 
submitted.
