In this request, three monitoring wells associated with Phase 1 (MW-3R, MW-10 and MW-11) were asked to be reverted to Detection Monitoring. In addition, MW-13R, MW-14, and MW-15A will be added to the Assessment Monitoring list. In summary, groundwater wells to be monitored under Assessment Monitoring are as follows: MW-5, MW-6, MW-8, MW-9, and MW-9A. The remaining groundwater monitoring wells will be monitored under Detection Monitoring. The Section approves this request.
