Dear Mr. Davis,

The Solid Waste Section (Section) has received the request to extend the Assessment Monitoring Workplan
deadline (DIN 26965). Correspondence from the Section dated October 14, 2016 (DIN 26853)instructed
Wilson County to submit an Assessment Monitoring Workplan due to reported 1,2-Dichloropropane
concentrations above the 2L Standards. The monitoring plan submittal deadline is November 14, 2016 and
Wilson County has requested to extend the deadline to December 13, 2016 since County resources have
been allocated to Hurricane Matthew response activities.
