The purpose of this letter is to request the Department’s approval to add Waste Management
of Carolinas, Inc. - Great Oak Landfill (Permit No. 7607-MSWLF-2015) as an approved
disposal facility for the referenced transfer station. Great Oak Landfill is located at 3565 Old
Cedar Falls Road, Randleman, NC 27317 (Randolph County), and the facility’s service area
is the state of North Carolina.
