The yard waste notification (YWN) is located on a parcel of land at the corner of University Drive and Huffman Mill Road (on the left from I-40, exit 140), across from the Alamance Regional Medical Center. 2. The primary use of the property is for Triangle Paving and Grading, Inc. equipment storage. The YWN is located on the right side of the lot. 3. The area adjacent to the YWN contains stored aggregate materials. 4. Mr. Cagle calculated that the facility has ~ 3,200 yd3 of land clearing debris (LCD) on site. No ground material was observed. 5. Mr. Cagle stated that much of the LCD was received recently from a nearby construction project. 6. Ensure only high carbon:nitrogen ratio material is accepted. 7. If high nitrogen:carbon ratio material is accepted it must be composted. 8. Ensure processed and unprocessed material on site is less than 6000 yd3 quarterly. Records should be maintained of the amount of LCD accepted. 9. Ensure adequate fire lanes are maintained. 10. Access roads are of all-weather construction. 11.
