Dear Mr. Little:
Enclosed you will find a copy of Permit No. 3617-MWP-2016, dated August 30, 2016, DIN 26696. This
permit action is the original issuance of the Permit to Construct and Permit to Operate, for Daniels

Since this is an original permit issuance, the permit requires recordation. Enclosed is a certified
original of your permit. It is important that the certified original permit be recorded by the Register of

future buyers that a solid waste management facility existed on the property, in accordance with
North Carolina General Statutes.

commencement of operations, contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange this visit.
Read your permit carefully and should you have any questions contact me immediately.
