administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1 – This facility inspection was done to check progress of mowing and to evaluate with New Landfill Manager – Justin
Harrison.
2 – The mowing has almost been completed. There are still some areas that will need to be cut to the toe of the landfill.
Some may be large trees.
3 – Need to have ALL Edge of Waste Markers reinstalled as to find the total footprint of his site.
4 – There are several low areas that need to be filled and re-seeded.
5 – Overall area that could be inspected, was not in very bad shape other than the above noted items.
6 – Digital pictures taken.
7 – Will do a follow up inspection in the next 4 months unless requested to come back sooner from Martin County.
