Dear Mr. Frost:

In a letter dated November 6, 2015, Duke Energy provided notification that it had elected to
increase environmental containment and control by revising a portion of the leachate forcemain
piping from single-walled HDPE pipe to dual contained (double-walled) HDPE pipe. This upgraded
portion is north of Duke Power Road on the station property. For your documentation, the plant
forcemain as-built drawing prepared by Morgan Corp. is attached.
