Dear Mr. Steinhilber,
Enclosed you will find copies of the latest facility permits for Mecklenburg County’s Household
Hazardous Waste Facilities, dated June 13, 2016. The Permits to Operate approve the continued
operation of each facility. The following are important items that remain to be accomplished;
 The Solid Waste Section (Section) has no record that the required recordation for these
permits has taken place. I have attached a certified copy of each permit for this purpose (see
Attachment 1, Condition 3. of the permit and the certified copies for instructions).
 Read your permits carefully, it is important that you understand each.
 The approved documents related to these permits may be downloaded at
http://edocs.deq.nc.gov/WasteManagement/Search.aspx?cr=1, Laserfiche WebLink.
 Copies of each permit, the approved plans, and all records, are required to be maintained by
the permittee at the facility, and made available to the Section upon request during normal
business hours.
