Enclosed you will find a copy of permit no. 4204-CDLF-1998, dated June 3, 2016 (DIN 26096),
for the Permit to Operate Renewal. The Permit to Operate ensures the continued operation of
your existing C&D landfill and renews the permit to construct for the proposed Area 2. The
following are important items;
• Read your permit carefully, it is important that you understand your permit. If you have any
questions regarding the permit, contact me immediately.
• The approved documents related to this permit may be downloaded at
http://edocs.deq.nc.gov/WasteManagement/Search.aspx?cr=1, Laserfiche WebLink.
• Copies of this permit, the approved plans, and all records, are required to be maintained by
the permittee at the facility, and made available to the Section upon request during normal
business hours.
• Note; I have added your recently submitted Fugitive Dust Control Plan as an approved
document to permit No. 4204-INDUS-1994 (DIN26163).
