Hi Stacey‐
I reviewed the information Smith + Gardner submitted about the mulch colorization process and I talked with Ed about it
too. The information submitted is sufficient and I will enter the information into our NC Solid Waste Section database as
a supplement to the approved Operations Plan for Capital Materials T&P Facility. I will talk with Mary to ensure that
when she goes out to the facility for routine inspections that there are no runoff concerns as a result of spraying the
mulch with the dye solution.
Thank you,
Christine Ritter

Christine,
I have heard from Mary on our request for colorizing mulch at Capital Materials, but before we make revision to the
plan, do you have any comments?
Thanks,
