Provide the four quarterly tonnages this facility reported on NC E-500K forms between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014: Due to Bad Debt accounts, the tonnage indicated above for the fourth quarter which consist of April 1 - June 30 is 675.87 tons more than what's indicated on the E-500K Tax Returns for the fourth quarter. Based on Article 5G of the Solid Waste Disposal Tax under 105-187.62 Administration, Bad Debt Deduction, taxes can be deducted in the same manner it was paid. Therefore, the tonnage will be different than the tonnage submitted to the State on the E-500K.
