He confirmed they (the adult children of the owner - I'm going to call them tenants) were back in the house. The tenants said (on Saturday) the living room alarm went off and they opened windows - then, it went off again so they called 911. H&H advised them to leave and not come back until the system was up and running (and working). They were packing stuff to leave when he called me. H&H also told them to contact PRLF for hotel arrangements/reimbursement, that the offer was still open. Looks like the occupants may have moved back in, based on the fire department report. H&H will be working out there tomorrow so we can figure out if/why they were even home (and reiterate the need for them to be gone until the VIMS is installed and working). Captain Rogerson stated that the Home is occupied by two occupants, but they were evacuated upon FD arrival. They were able to ventilate the home and get 0% LEL readings prior to clearing the call.
