1021 Leslie Update RE tenants

To update, Trinh just called to let me know H&H is out at the 1021 Leslie Drive property this morning, in
the house - preparing to begin work.
He confirmed they (the adult children of the owner - I'm going to call them tenants) were back in the
house.
The tenants said (on Saturday) the living room alarm went off and they opened windows - then, it went
off again so they called 911.
H&H advised them to leave and not come back until the system was up and running (and working). They
were packing stuff to leave when he called me. H&H also told them to contact PRLF for hotel
arrangements/reimbursement, that the offer was still open.

FYI
This was for a 911 call at 1021 Leslie Dr. on Saturday (11/15) afternoon.
Looks like the occupants may have moved back in, based on the fire department report.
H&H will be working out there tomorrow so we can figure out if/why they were even home (and
reiterate the need for them to be gone until the VIMS is installed and working).

The address was 1021 Leslie Dr. Highest reading that Hazmat 1 received was LEL of 4% but
the occupants already had opened windows prior to FD arrival. Captain Rogerson stated that
the Home is occupied by two occupants, but they were evacuated upon FD arrival. They were
able to ventilate the home and get 0% LEL readings prior to clearing the call.
