ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. All photographs were taken by Lee Hill on February 7, 2024.
2. The Yard Waste Notification renewal form must be submitted online by June 1, 2024.
3. The YWN area was less than two acres of size and there was less than 6000 yds3 on site at the time of
inspection.
4. A small amount of engineered wood (plywood) was observed in the unprocessed material stockpile. Remove
all unapproved materials from the stockpiles prior to grinding.
5. The facility had positive drainage in the working areas and no standing water was observed.
6. Some logs had been dumped off a bank at the facility. Mr. Jackson stated that someone dumped the material in
the wrong place, and he was going to use a track excavator to remove the material from the bank. Move the
logs from the bank and place in the operational area of the facility.
