My apologies, I realized after I completed the T&P and the difference was 30k tons I had made a fat finger mistake. Correct the Guilford & Randolph County - last few lines, and it should get them corrected. Sorry about that. As a reminder, permitted North Carolina Solid Waste Management facilities are required to complete and submit a solid waste activities annual report under NC General Statute § 130A-309.09D and in compliance with your facility permit conditions. The date for completing and submitting the appropriate facility reporting form to the Division is August 1, 2023. As of the time of this email, the Annual Report for your facility has not been received. Please contact Chuck Kirchner, Environmental Senior Specialist for your facility, at either (336) 776-9633 or by email at Chuck.Kirchner@deq.nc.gov <mailto:Chuck.Kirchner@deq.nc.gov> if this is in error. If your site is Inactive and permitted, you will still need to submit a report form to document that no permitted activity occurred at the site for the past fiscal year and to update your contact information. Also, note that many fields require that information be entered before the form can be submitted. Accurate and complete responses are needed not only to comply with the regulations, but to also provide value to public and private sector entities for their long-term planning purposes. When data entry is complete, please do the following: 1. Press the Submit button on the final page. 2. Click the Download option and save a copy of the completed Annual Report. 3. A copy of the form is required to be sent to the County Manager of each county from which your facility received waste. 4. A copy of the report will automatically be forwarded to your inspector when the form is submitted. 5. The person submitting the form will receive an email confirming the report is accepted when Solid Waste staff complete their review.
