THE EXISTING ONSLOW COUNTY LANDFILL WILL REMAIN IN OPERATION CONTINUOUSLY DURING THE EXECUTION OF THIS PROJECT. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING, PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, AND RESTORING ALL SITE UTILITIES, PRESERVATION AREAS, AND BUILDING SERVICES. 4, CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN TO THE ENGINEER, FOR REVIEW, FOR THE INTERSECTIONS OF CONSTRUCTION ACCESS ROAD, OWNER'S BORROW AREA ACCESS ROAD, AND MAIN LANDFILL ENTRANCE. 5. LOCATIONS, ELEVATIONS, AND DIMENSIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIES, STRUCTURES, AND OTHER FEATURES ARE SHOWN ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PREPARATION OF THESE PLANS. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPLACE ALL STRUCTURES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GRAVEL PAVING, STABILIZED EARTH, CURBS, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, MAILBOXES, DRAINAGE CULVERTS, FENCES, ETC. ANY DEVIATION FROM PROPOSED GRADING AS SHOWN ON DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROHIBITED. 5. USE SEPARATE STOCKPILES FOR EACH MATERIAL TYPE. 6. THE CONTRACTOR 4S ADVISED THAT CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL WILL BE WORKING IN AN AREA WHERE EXPLOSIVE LANDFILL GAS CAN MIGRATE THROUGH SOIL, ACCUMULATE IN STRUCTURES, AND POSE OTHER DANGERS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING AWARE OF THE DANGERS OF WORKING IN THE PRESENCE OF LANDFILL GAS AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EDUCATING AND PROVIDING ADEQUATE SAFETY TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT FOR ALL PERSONNEL INCLUDING SUBCONTRACTORS. 7, DUE TO THE HIGH GROUNDWATER CONDITIONS AT THE SITE, CONTRACTOR MAY EXPERIENCE DIFFICULTY IN PLACING FILL MATERIAL AND MEETING REQUIRED COMPACTION EFFORTS. THE WRITTEN SUBMISSION SHALL CONTAIN A DESCRIPTION OF THE SEDIMENT DEPOSITION AND ACTIONS TAKEN TO ADDRESS THE CAUSE OF THE DEPOSITION. 11. ALL APPLICATIONS, REPORTS, OR INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO THE DIVISION SHALL BE SIGNED AND CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION V.11 OF THE GENERAL PERMIT. 12.
