A review of the Transfer Station Cost Estimate for 5304T-TRANSFER-1993, kmertens@wm.com submitted on 5/16/2023
has been completed. The estimate meets the site -specific operations and appears to be appropriate. The Division of
Waste Management - Solid Waste Section has reviewed and approved the provided cost estimate required for
establishing financial assurance for a transfer station.
Initial Review Comments: 20230517 - The Section is in receipt of the electronic submittal for Lee County TS.
Permitting Engineer Review Comments: The closure cost estimate provided for this transfer station is considered
acceptable.
This approval letter is for your use in establishing an appropriate financial assurance mechanism. The below are the
provided legal entity, facility name via onsite signage, assigned permit number, and approved cost estimate in 2022-year
dollars.
