The four piezometers included CLF23-405, CLF23-406, CLF23-407, and CLF23-408. Duke Energy is providing the certification report with well construction records and boring logs for the four piezometer installations with this submittal. The piezometer installations were conducted by AECOM and South Atlantic Environmental Drilling and Construction Co. (SAEDACCO) between February 13 and 16, 2023. Well construction records were also submitted separately to the NCDEQ Information Processing Unit. Specifically, the following piezometers were installed by South Atlantic Environmental Drilling and Construction Co. (SAEDACCO), a North Carolina licensed driller (NC Well Contractor Certification Number 4478-A) between February 13 and 16, 2023: CLF23-405, CLF23-406, CLF23-407, and CLF23-408. Piezometer details are presented in Table 1, below. Installation of these piezometers was performed in accordance with 15 NCAC Subchapter 02C – Well Construction Standards. Table 1.
