On January 27, 2022, David Powell representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section (Section) conducted a compliance inspection of the above reference facility. At the time of
the inspection, Section staff observed that violations outlined in the recent inspections and the July 6, 2021, Notice of Violation had been resolved.
This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated July 6, 2021, have been
satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have
