Attached are new results for retained 2017/2018 residential samples and includes results for both
residences that qualified for replacement water as well as those that did not. You need to look at
columns AG to AI to determine which residences qualified for replacement water. These columns
denote if any Attachment C compound was detected greater than or equal to 10 ng/l (GT10), if the
sum of Attachment C compounds was greater than or equal to 70 ng/l (GT70), or if HFPO-DA was
greater than or equal to 140 ng/l (GT140).

Wells that are shared with other residences are identified in column B (Shared Address).

Chemours data are preliminary results from the lab and have not gone through the Chemours data
validation process.
