On March 11, DEQ approved the use of Charles River Laboratories, indicated it was “still reviewing Chemours’ request to approve the use of EAG Laboratories,” and asked a series of detailed questions on both laboratories. Since that time, Chemours has been working with both laboratories to compile the requested information and provide responses to DEQ’s questions. The final responses from the laboratories are enclosed here. We would appreciate receiving your confirmation of approval of EAG Laboratories. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
